Chad Brandt oversees the bank’s capital markets activities, including funding and debt issuance, investments, and market risk analysis. Brandt also manages the on-balance sheet loan assets for the bank's Advantage Mortgage Purchase Program. He joined FHLBank Indianapolis in January 2016. Prior to joining the bank, Brandt served as Vice President of Liquidity and Funding for BMO Harris Bank in Chicago and was Executive Vice President of Banking and Advance Products at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. Brandt holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University.
