Frank Sansone is Treasurer and SVP of China Construction Bank NY branch. Frank joined CCBNY in 2014 and he is primarily responsible for all branch treasury activities including balance sheet management interest rate funding liquidity and forex risk. Previously Frank served as Treasurer for Dexia US operations where he was responsible for global USD liquidity & interest rate risk. Prior to Dexia he was the Treasurer of National Bank of Kuwait US operations.
