Robin Castelli is Head of Transition Finance Investment at Orange Ridge Capital, a Private Equity firm focusing on generating attractive investment returns from high-quality sustainable real assets such as timberland, farmland, agriculture, infrastructure, real estate, and renewable energy globally. He is the Author of “Quantitative Methods for ESG Finance” by Wiley and has was the Global Head of Climate Modeling Analytics for Citi, in 2022-2024, covering all Climate Scenario Analysis exercises in 2023 (including the FRB CSA), focusing on the entire Wholesale Credit Portfolio as well as the Commercial Real Estate Portfolio for Climate Risk, totalling over $730Billion, across 140+ countries and more than 20,000 companies.  In addition to his identifying and hedging Climate Risk at enterprise-level, Robin has also been responsible for the highlighting of investment opportunities in Transition Finance, at thematic level as well as individual names for PE/VC purposes,

Robin lives and works in New York City and is a frequent lecturer on Climate and Transition finance at prestigious universities and conferences around the world such as Columbia, Bocconi, Stonybrook, and the Stevens Institute of Technology, amongst others.  He is a native speaker in three languages (Italian, English, Spanish) and conversational in French.
