Rich is a New York based Managing Director in EY’s Financial Services Office Advisory services practice. He brings approximately 20 years of experience working in the financial services sector, including Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets, and Asset Management. He is currently EY’s Financial Services Office Americas TPRM solution leader as well as the Insurance sector lead and focuses on assisting institutions assess, design and operate third party risk management programs. Relevant experience Led multiple third-party risk transformation efforts across a variety of sectors. Areas of transformation delivered include technology solutions, vendor identification and inventory, due diligence, contracting, on-boarding, monitoring and oversight, termination, operating models, risk assessment practices, quality assurance, code of conduct, control assessments, issue management, and tools/technology. Manages several global teams performing vendor risk assessments for global financial services firms to include assessments of information security, business continuity and physical security. Advised multiple global banking and insurance institutions on multi-year regulatory remediation efforts. Efforts included performing current state and benchmarking assessments, designing TPRM program elements, and implementation of the programs on a global scale.
