Ritu Jethani is a risk and compliance leader with over 20 years of experience across financial services, consulting, and healthcare. Most recently, she serves as a Strategic Advisor to Plootus, a fintech focused on democratizing retirement planning. Prior to that, she redesigned the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function at Mayo Clinic. She also served as Global Head of Risk and Compliance at Bounteous, led TPRM and Business Continuity at Morgan Stanley, built risk and compliance programs at Melio, and held leadership roles at Deloitte and Ernst & Young. She holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. Ritu is a member of Mensa, placing her in the top 1% globally for cognitive aptitude.
