Diego de Aragão, CFA is the Senior Vice President of Balance Sheet Management & Analytics with Citigroup, based in Tampa, FL, where he leads a team deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence integrated solutions aimed at optimizing his firm’s $2.4T of balance sheet exposures. His 15+ years career spans across organizations (Citigroup, American Express), functions (technology, business intelligence/data analytics, finance, and corporate treasury), and geographies (Brazil, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States). Diego holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in Florianópolis, Brazil, an MS degree in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo, Brazil, and an MBA degree from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and a certified Financial Data Professional (FDP).

Kevin Sluss, CFA, FRM, is an ALM Data and Quantitative Analytics Manager at First Horizon Bank, where he runs the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) program and develops quantitative models. With over 15 years of experience across banking and asset management, he specializes in developing quantitative frameworks, forecasting valuation and risk, and analytical storytelling. His career at PNC Bank and Regions Bank focused heavily on market risk systems, stress testing and loss forecasting, and capital markets analytics. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Tech as well as Master’s degrees in Actuarial Science and Risk Management from Georgia State University.
